White Glove Shipping costs are to the Continental U.S. only. At this time we do not ship outside the United States of America.
If you reside in Hawaii or Alaska, please email us and we can assist you with obtaining a quote via one of our main carriers. Please directly email your city and zip for a quote. We are not responsible for any item once it has left our warehouse. Once a buyer has decided on a carrier and the items have left our facility you will need to contact the shipper for any information regarding your items. We do not assist in shipping tracking info. Charges vary by your city, if you would like a quote send your information to us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your zip code.
We ship all orders with via Common Carrier with a blanket wrap service, if you have a preferred shipping service you are welcome to use them, provided they are a blanket wrap service and are familiar with fragile product. All shipments are fully insured, professionally packed, and typically arrive within ten to fourteen business days of receipt of payment. Smaller non- fragile items will be boxed and sent via UPS or Fed Ex.
Local pick up is available if you live in or near Street, Maryland, please contact us to make an appointment if you would like to pick up your item.

What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every effort is made to ensure your order is well protected before being shipped, please inspect every item upon arrival, contact us immediately if damages have occurred and we will help resolve the problem.
We accept all major credit cards. We require payment in full before items are shipped. All sales are final.

All items are final sale and non-returnable.
Please note due to the nature of selling vintage items, no item is in new condition. All items are in vintage condition subject to normal vintage wear and imperfections.
